Little Fox Services team includes a diverse group of Indigenous peoples from various industries and trades such as advanced and primary paramedics, rescue technicians, fire fighters, electrical and instrumentation technicians, welders, trades and journeyperson, red seal, emergency medical responders, licensed practical nurses, critical care paramedics, registered nurses, occupational health and safety personnel, wildland fire fighters, occupational health nurses, wildfire response, NDT technicians, engineers, and labourers.

On-Call Physician

All Little Fox Services medical staff, firefighters, safety services personnel have access to the On-Call Physician/Medical Director, 24/7. This service supports, and assists the On-Site Medics, and Medical Personnel to determine the course of action, in both the emergent and non-emergent setting. By adding this expertise to Little Fox Services team, it adds a level of confidence to our medical personnel, as well as the client.

Emergency Medical Responders/Oilfield First Aid IIIs are the entry level of Pre-Hospital Practitioners. EMRs/OFAIIIs can perform several skills which include:

  • Defibrillation / Use of AED

  • Use of Basic Airways

  • Drug Administration – Little Fox Services  EMRs carry a small selection of Emergency Medications

  • Wound Care, Bandaging and Splinting

  • Oxygen Administration

  • Spinal Immobilization


Primary Care Paramedics are the mid-level of Pre-Hospital Practitioners. PCPs can perform several skills which include:

  • IV Therapy

  • Qualified in 3 lead heart monitoring

  • Trained in airway management with airway adjuncts, suction, and ventilation, 

  • Spinal Immobilization and splinting,

  • Cardiac Monitoring and Defibrillation​

  • Airway Management

  • Drug Administration – Little Fox Services  PCPs carry several Emergency Medications

  • Wound Care, Bandaging and Splinting

  • Oxygen Administration



Advanced Care Paramedics are the highest level of Pre-Hospital Practitioners. ACPs can perform several skills which include:

  • Completed 2-year diploma graduate or degree program

  • Graduate with Diploma and Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, International Trauma Life Support (Advanced), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program Certifications

  • Suturing

  • Cardiac Monitoring, Defibrillation, Pacing and Cardioversion

  • Use of Advanced Airways including Surgical Airways

  • IV Therapy

  • Drug Administration – Little Fox Services  ACPs carry approximately 25 different Emergency Medications

  • Needle Decompression

  • Wound Care, Bandaging, Splinting

  •  Oxygen Administration


Little Fox Services Firefighters are Pro-Board or IFSAC Certified. There are several areas of specialties for Firefighters which include:

  • Municipal Firefighting

  • Industrial Firefighting

  • Hazardous Material Firefighting

  • High Angle Rescue

  • Confined Space Rescue

  • Wildland Firefighters

Little Fox Services Firefighters hold certifications such as:

 • NFPA 1006: Rope Rescue Level I and Level II
 • Confined Space Rescue Level I & Level 2
 • NFPA 1001 Fire Fighter Professional Qualifications
 • NFPA 1002 Fire Fighter Professional Qualifications
 • NFPA 1051 – Wildland Firefighter Level II

Rescue Technicians

Little Fox Services  Rescue Technicians are trained to NFPA standards and provide the client with confidence when dealing with Confined Space Rescue and/or High Angle Rescue. Our rescue experts can help determine needs and help develop (hazard assessment plans, and site risk assessments), ERPs for the client’s multiple tanks and vessels. Little Fox Services uses the most up to date equipment that is monitored and maintained to meet our high standards. This process ensures that all equipment is functioning when needed.

Some of Little Fox Services Firefighters and Rescue Technicians are also medically trained. This works well to stabilize patients in areas that Paramedics cannot safely access.

Nurses - LPN / RN / NP

Little Fox Services Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs),  Registered Nurses (RNs), and Occupational Health Nurses (OHNs)  in the clinic setting can complement on-site Emergency Response Teams. Nurses have the ability to run multiple preventative programs to help companies  and clients reduce costs, lost time and sick days. Little Fox Nurses oversee Health & Wellness Programs that benefit employees and help them get on track with their overall health, as well they can provide on-site health assessments for corporate employees. Nurses also provide disability management; a proper Disability Management Program has proven to save employees up to 10% of their annual payroll costs, by simply working with the employee to get them back to work healthier, and more quickly than those who do not have a proper program.
